So far, this pan is the best I've ever used. Non-stick is amazing, cleanup us super easy. Heat distribution is great on our gas stove. All that remains is seeing how it holds up after time. Looking like it will be a really good pan for the long hall.

It's fair to say that I've tried out quite a few pieces of cookware in my lifetime. I do love the ease of care with non-stick pans until they are no longer non-stick and then they just are a mess to deal with. The difference that I can see right away with the Material non-stick pan is that it definitely allows meat to sear as it cooks. I haven't always had that happen with other pans where everything would cook, but I could never get a sear like I can with my new Material pan. Hoping I can come back in several years to rave about it even more!
