This is my first experience cooking with any kind of copper pan and it was just sublime. Completely even simmering across the pan, great heat control, great handle. Its a noticeably better experience than cooking with my major name brand clad pan.

Three shears bought and that basically says it all.
Beautifully made. Great balance and weight. And cuts through anything except heavy bone.

Terrific cutting boards! The colors are bright and distinctive. Size is just right. Cleared out 4 or 5 old boards made from extra countertop material for these lightweight boards. Very happy!
