I'm so pleased with my new pan! I made the most perfect omelette and didn't even need to use any butter. And, of course, it looks BEAUTIFUL. Looking forward to buying more from Material.

Came just in time for Thanksgiving and was so happy to have real knives that weren't dull beyond believe - I only *almost* cut myself 3 times - Success! They are gorgeous- well made- and look great on the countertop - which is a real plus for a small kitchen :)

Most versatile pan I've ever used! I've seared pork chops, fried eggs, and even reduced down a cranberry sauce! I love the feel of the handle, and the nonstick capacity of this pan is incredible. I've only purchased cookware from Material, and I certainly see this trend continuing for myself. Thanks, Eunice and Dave! You've really helped me transform my kitchen, truly.
