These knives replace a significant set of different high quality brand knives I've had for decades, but the balance, size and weight of just these three knives take care of most of my cooking needs. I'm thrilled with how great they look, and how durable they seem to be.

Truly non stick surface! I love this pan, have used every day since it arrived. It has a learning curve, it heats up hot and quickly. I have had non stick pans that performed poorly, name brand and all. Love this pan! Eggs do not stick! Pan roasted rib steak tomorrow.

So far they have been great. I have used all three of the knives and the sharpness is amazing. I find the feel of the handle to be very comfortable and balanced. I sold my old reliable 9 piece set (of which I really used only 3 or 4 of the set). Very pleased with the quality for price.

Love my Material cutting boards! The colors are beautiful for a functional piece in the kitchen! And I love that this a green product! I have 2 a regular and a mini! And now I can just throw them in the dishwasher!
