I also love that they are easily sanitized like plastic boards but they are unlike other plastic in that they are gentle on my knives! I had noticed that I couldn’t keep my knives sharp. I bought new knives. I sharpened them all again. Then in dawned on me that it might be my cutting boards. I gave these a try and after 1 week my knives are still sharp, requiring only a honing steel between uses. I also love that they come in different colors so I can differentiate between food types. Thank you!

I ordered a set of 3 cutting boards to replace my old bamboo and plastic set. They are firm enough that they don’t slide around on the counter when I’m cutting squash, but light enough that they work great for daily use. I hang them from my pot rack for storing, and the colors look great on my wall.
