I’ve always been confused about the best method for knife sharpening so I often bring mine to a professional, just in case. During the pandemic that wasn’t feasible so I picked this up for the meantime and it works like a charm. No clue whether it’s bad for the kind of knives I use but I imagine if a blade can get dull it can always be resharpened by a pro later.
