I really love the shape and color of my mini-reboard (and full size board). When I slice and chop with a regular knife there is no problem but when I use Material's very own very 6" serrated knife to slice, the knife gouges the board so bits and juices can get trapped in and discolor the board. The board is also pretty slippery on a granite counter so I have to set it on a kitchen towel to stabilize.

The spatula is definitely a cut above! It feels good in the hand, and I like the softness of the edges which conform nicely to the edges of the pan. It looks thick in the photos, but the thin edge and flexibility eliminate any problem there.

Copper core is good, seeing scratches in the nonstick surface after just a couple (careful) uses, unfortunately isn't. We'll see how it goes in the longer run but the durability looms as a question mark rather than an expected point of confidence.

I love the coated pan. It is very well made, is great at distributing heat, great great cooking experience including easy cleanup. I also really like the weight of the pan. Have already recommended it to friends and family and will continue to do so.
