I bought the coated pan and the soft-edge turner and have been thoroughly impressed so far. I've only had it about a month so of course who knows how long it will last, but so far I am very pleased with it. It is basically effortless to clean.

This is such a great pan! It is truly non-stick, nothing will stick. It has a great weight to it and feels solid. Plus, it is beautiful to look at. I am very happy with it.

When my husband and I first got married we got ourselves a set of Zwilling JA Henckels knives but despite the cost we paid for them, they became full after each use. It, not even kidding, got so bad to where we had to sharpen them mid meal prep. After hearing great things about Material knives and seeing people toss their knife blocks for a few really good knives, I looked into getting one myself and I’m so glad I did. This knife is so sharp, we have the chefs knife and it rocks perfectly and can be used for just about anything I need it for during prep! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
