These boards are incredible. Seriously. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. They are the perfect size. I've found other boards to be too small (not enough cutting space) and others are too large (impossible to wash). The texture is also on point--the boards have a slight gritty texture so that veggies aren't sliding around. They dry super quickly and the colors are great for organizing my kitchen.
