This is a good little knife. It's quite universal - this is not always a thing with knives, and when it is, it's often dumbing down something that shouldn't be dumbed down - but I have tiny hands, for example, and this works just as well for me as those with big hands. (Anyone with tiny hands will tell you how the world isn't usually made for them.) It's delicate without being in any way fragile, and it holds an edge. If you're going to leave a person with one good paring knife for a number of years, this is a good one to be stranded on a desert island with. That's how classics are made.

Much quicker and seeming only more effective than the sharper net that came with my German knife set. Might have to try these knives next!

The color is very pretty and it’s easy to clean. With the hole in the corner, the cutting board doesn’t slip out of your hands while washing it. Onion and garlic odors come right off!

Excellent spatula for use on everything! Slides under fried eggs without breaking yolks. Great for flaky fish too. Cleans like a dream, I want to throw away all of my old spatulas and buy three more.

Well made,environmentally friendly kitchen tool.Could use no slip corners but easy to adapt stick-ons to keep it in place.

The knife stand is beautiful and looks awesome on my countertop. Simple and minimal. I would definitely recommend.

The cutting board itself is working great. It's sturdy and easy to wash and store. I'm disappointed in the color. I ordered coral and was expecting a bright pinkish orange as shown on the website, but the actual color is more of a muted orange. If likened to mixing paint colors, you should mix orange and a touch of black to get the "coral" of the board. I would exchange for a different color but didn't want to go through the hassle.

Honestly, when I first took these out of the box and tested their sharpness, I was worried that they would be dangerous for my wife and me to use, they were so razor-sharp! I'm one who appreciates sharp knives and was touching up the sharpness and honing my old kitchen and pocket knives regularly. That's because I know a sharp knife is more efficient and safer (because you don't need to apply as much force). But these seemed dangerously sharp because I've given myself minor cuts with my existing knives on occasion. But since then I've accepted that we need to be extra-careful with these, so now I just appreciate how well they work. When cutting meat or poultry, it's so effortless that it feels like the meat jumps out of the way before the blade touches it, because it's afraid! ;-) Most vegetables are the same way. I gave this set 4 stars only because the handles are a little small for my extra-large hands. That, plus the beautifully-smooth texture, makes these knives a little harder to hold tightly when you really need to. That one instance has been when I was cutting some really firm sweet potatoes yesterday. I struggled with the first cut down the middle, despite the superior sharpness of the butcher knife I was using, because I had to work to hold the knife tightly enough, even though I was using a sawing motion and I have good grip strength for my age (62). Everything else has been a dream to cut, so I was surprised! Now I need to get the Material sharpener to keep these knives as sharp as they came out of the box. I expect these to last the rest of my life, so I want to take care of them.
