The fine edge fits neatly under food but the spatula is strong and thick enough to move around heavier things. The weighted handle is fantastic and keeps it where I put it. How many times has my spatula flipped onto the floor making a huge mess? Never again!

This is a great pan! It was easy to order and was delivered quickly. Food cooks great in it and its so easy to clean. I wish it came in different sizes. .. I would buy them all. This pan will make you want to cook! Great product.
