Love “the feel” of these pans. Well balanced and substantial. Heat distribution is great and nonstick pan delivers as promised. (I would have loved another 1” in diameter). Sauce pan is just the right size for most recipes.

Best shears I ever purchased and highly recommend these shears . They are sharp from the tip to the middle. I will label them "Kitchen Only" use. I plan to purchase another pair. I purchased a manual sharpener and have yet to use it. But the best sharpener for knives is an electric sharpener which I plan to purchase in the near future for my dull knives.

I have used this pan exclusively to reheat and cook since I bought it. As a single, health conscious person I was excited when I heard about your (Material) pan because I did not want any cooking pan with aluminum. My food is cooked so evenly and the flavors are so well mixed that the tastings are amazing! Thank you so much for your attention to product integrity and style! It is my intention to purchase all of your pans!
