First, the blades are thicker and sturdier than my Zwilling Henckel four star steak knives. They hold an edge just as well and only require minor sharpening and honing once a month. I can get them razor sharp and reach for them often for food prep whether it is cutting up chicken or slicing ripe tomatoes. The 100% recycled plastic on the handle actually look quite stylish and have lasted well (I always hand wash my knives). For those who have never owned a quality set of non-serrated steak knives, they are a clear step up from sawing your way through your steak. Keep them sharp and they will serve you well. I bought sets for each of my three adult children for Christmas and am teaching them how to care for quality non-serrated knives.

Unbelievably solid shears! The rubber handle guards are removable for cleaning. I can't wait to never buy another pair of kitchen shears again!

Bought one to replace my very old scissors that were used for everything. Decided I needed one for just cooking stuff. I got it and it’s beautiful, sturdy, and sharp. I bought a second pair for everything else that is not food related. Love that they come in different colors. Would recommend.

This knife is excellent for all manner of cutting meats and veggies. It's perfect for home and professional cooking alike!
I bought one for my son, who is a very discerning chef at a prestigious local restaurant known for fine French and Italian dishes, and he can't praise it enough!
