I bought these as a gift for my mother. Not only are they gorgeous, but they cut smoothly and the rubber inserts around the handles are removable to make for easy cleaning.

After years of so-called "stainless kitchen shears", these finally live up to the promise. Fully stainless steel (including the point of fulcrum), and easy to assemble/disassemble, these things are excellent.
