These kitchen shears are amazing - beautiful and functional. The only aspect I don’t like is that the two sides of the shears separate completely if you open the scissors too far, which I’m sure was intentional in the design - but I’m not sure why this would ever be helpful. If they didn’t come apart, these would be perfect!
