Ordered 5 items, only one of which was supposed to be a pre order and ship in 2 weeks. 3 1/2 weeks later and I haven't received anything. Have emailed twice to get an update and gotten no response.

I have not received this order and do not know how to access it

After hand washing, hand drying and even taking care of it with wood oil- the color of the wood spoon faded and it began splintering. Considering the amount of time I waited for the spoon and the high hopes I had for it, I’m disappointed.

I received this as a birthday present. The pan arrived with a cracked handle, which appears to under a chrome-like coating. I've tried contacting customer service by email, but haven't heard from them, and it's been a week.

I’ve been using this pan almost daily. After about 15 months of use, the nonstick coating has faded and no longer releases eggs, which are brought to room temp before cooking. I only ever use a silicone spatula to cook on this pan and clean with soft sponge. Loved the pan in the beginning, but hard to justify the price point for cookware that doesn’t even last 2 years.

I ordered my knives + stand set on March 7th. On March 17th my order has not even been shipped yet. 10 full days. I had to contact support and got a response saying we are "working on getting it shipped out". How does it take 10 days to ship something that you have in stock? My order was finally shipped on the 18th. You would think that this was the end of the horrible experience? Well it wasn't. After it was shipped I find out that the knives and the stand were shipped separately. Why is that? It was sold as a set it it should be shipped as a set. Now since it was shipped separately they weren't scheduled to arrive at the same time. So now this birthday gift that I needed for 22nd of March is not going to be possible because the stand that was shipped separately wasn't scheduled to arrive until the 23rd. So now I am desperately waiting for my second part of my set to arrive and every day it doesn't arrive. I contact material support on why my stand isn't delivered and it says shipment on hold. I do not get a response. It is now the 24 and I have to try to do detective work with DHL to find out that it is on hold because of duties. No one has emailed me or contacted in any way notifying me of duties not DHL and not material. The knives arrived in the first shipment with no duties or fees needed. Why does the stand get held up? Why is there no communication with the buyer who is waiting for their package? Now that I have paid this $22 that have been holding up my package I need to wait until the 25th to pick up stand from a DHL location. Absolutely unbelievable. Once I unpackage these knives and stand it won't even matter how they perform because of the horrible experience purchasing them has been. For spending almost $400 CAD this service is just shocking.

The quality is not quite what I expected. It feels a bit more inexpensive then i expected.

I was sent two colors that were wrong and I’ve been emailing and tried calling and no one is getting back to me. Very disappointed

I've actually been quite disappointed with this product. It looks nice, but the knives never stay upright on the stand and often fall off any time I open a cabinet or touch the countertop. I adore all of my other material products (knives, cutting boards, shears) but this is a miss for me. super disappointing as well given the price point.

The plate itself is both beautiful and practical. I love it. However, as I've started using them over the last few weeks, the dark colored plates have developed dark blotches that I can't figure out how to remove. The light color is beautiful, goes with everything, and no noticeable splotches with use.
