One of the two bowls I ordered arrived shattered. This gives me very little confidence that this bowl is durable in the waist. I called the companies number, and I wrote them an email. No response to the phone call. I did get a return email saying a replacement bowl would be in the mail immediately. It has not arrived. Very disappointed.

It was packaged poorly so all 4 plates arrived broken.
So unfortunately we were not able to enjoy these.

I like the look and feel of the board, but I used it once to cut onions and there are scratches on it all ready. I didn’t even use that much pressure. It will be so marked up in no time and will look bad.

Unless you want to wait over 3 months for a cutting board, do not order this! I ordered some for myself, some as gifts back on March 23 and still haven’t even received a tracking number (two months later). There are other cutting boards on the market- go with those!

The board didn't have rubber edges, so it slips all over your counter. I am sorry I bought it. I have to put a big rubber band on it to stabilize it.

I’m so disappointed in this pan. It was amazing for about a month and then it started showing intense signs of wear - pock marks in the coating, the non stick started to wear off. We only hand washed and used silicone utensils.
Customer service was very nice and sent me another pan to see if it was just an issue with the one I received. I appreciated their attention but now I have two pans that suck.

I had read a review of the material whisk, and was so excited for it, I decided to throw in a wooden spoon too with my order so I could get free shipping. Upon receipt, I was dissatisfied with the quality. Not only was the surface of the spoon very rough (like it hadn’t been sanded), but the color of the spoon faded almost completely after one hand wash. Would not reccomend.
