I purchased the the Trio knife set, And must say I’m am very impressed. I have use each knife for multi purpose cutting and each blade has not disappointed. Whether carving my first pork roast and the leftover homemade cubano’s. Each knife did the trick.. the stand is so simple and clean, holding the three. My only complaint is that I have just created a kitchen draw of knives I will probably never use again!!!

I was very pleased with the spatula, metal spoon, and wood spoon I received. These utensils are beautiful and of durable construction.

We have been married 47 years, and I realized about 6 months ago that while I still love my husband, my knives were beginning to show their wear. In some cases, show it badly. And I looked at them, and realized that the knives that were showing wear badly, the ones that no longer held a good edge...those were my favorites. My go to knives. My beloved friends. So, i began “shopping” for knives, on line, in stores, at Costco, at Williams Sonoma...all over the place. I found a lot of beautiful sets of knives, German steel, Japanese craftsmanship, French Chef’s knives...8. 10, 12, 14 pieces and beyond. Now, i knew by this time that I needed 3 knives, maybe 4. And I learned that individual knives are priced to sell sets. Because in the same store, by the same makers, I found that I could spend more money on 3 or four individual knives than I could have spent on the same knives in a set of 12. And one day I saw an ad for “Material” cooking tools. And I liked the idea that one should only buy the knives one will use, so I ordered a set. And they arrived on Christmas Eve, and I started using them the next day on a pork roast for dinner and the vegetable accompanying it. And also on the dessert cake layers. And I loved them. And now I want a longer serrated knife for when I bake bread, because that is the ONLY old, vintage, almost antique knife I kept. So I will be back, in a month or so, unless I can talk one of my cousins out of Grandma’s bread knife. Negotiations are in process.

Loved the look and feel but we are right in the middle of a house remodel so haven't been able to use them yet, we have no kitchen at this time. Ask me again in about 6 weeks! I did note the area for knives is a bit tight, they are nearly touching. I knew that to be a concern with I purchased them but they are so pretty!

From the way they feel in your hand to the way they perform, your products are fantastic!

Cutting Board

I purchased the utensil holder with the magnetic knife holder and let me just say that it is the MUST HAVE piece for every home kitchen!

After two weeks of use during the busy holidays, the set has been used constantly, but seems to take every challenge in stride from mangoes to prime rib to butternut squash.

The metal spoons, etc., cannot be used on Teflon surfaces. It would have been nice had this set come with some utensils (beside the wooden spoon) made of materials that could be safely used with non-stick pans.
