I love my cutting board. It's just the right size - big enough to chop all the veggies for a stew or stir fry, but small enough to handle and wash easily. I especially love that it is made from recycled materials.

I cannot say enough about how brilliant this pan is. From the combination of the copper core for high heat with even distribution, the magically non-sticky surface and the ability to be oven safe it's extremely versatile. From cooking fried eggs without any oil (and having it slide off the surface flawlessly), to blistering shishito peppers, deep frying beer battered fish I haven't really encounter anything this pan can't do. Weather you're on a budget and looking for one pan that can do it all, or just need a specific non-stick option for delicates I can't recommend this pan highly enough.

Super into these. Look great in the kitchen, work beautifully, and have a heft to them that really adds some ease (and gravitas!) to the cooking process. Have been raving about them to all of our friends!

I have to admit that I really like the shape of this stand and the way it presents the knives. It's very solidly built. My only concern was that on the back of the stand, there were some rub marks on the edges that wore away the finish. That, and just taking the knives out and sliding them back on the rack is doing the same thing to the front., but I'm used to it. It's minor and an be fixed but some better QC would solve that (like better varnish, a couple of coats, and suitable curing time). One way around all of this would be to offer a maple version with no varnish needed: just a clear finish. You can tell I love maple and think it would be a great addition to the line up.

Being my first starter set of the 3 essential kitchen knives, I couldn't give it 5 stars, not knowing what else is out there. Having said that, these knives cut so easily that it takes some getting used to. Veggies from squash to potatoes to peppers and zucchini all slice with minimal effort, even tomatoes. The same goes for meats like Angus top sirloin and chicken. Just place the knife, apply pressure, use a drawing motion if you have to, and it cuts where you want it to. Couldn't ask for more. My only caveat is that though they clean up easily, some minor stains appear out of nowhere, but some polishing with a dry towel solves that. I've never seen stainless steel do that but with the almost mirror like finish, it could be my hard water. No biggie though since if you watch any cooking videos, the knives that the real chefs use look pretty banged up compared to these so one must realized that although these are pretty to look at, they're just tools for cooking. All in all I'm very happy with these knives and everyone who's seen them, just flat out loves them.

My egg game has completed changed as this coated pan cooks evenly, quickly and no sticking so no wasted food. Buy this pan!
