I'm really quite satisfied with this cookware set! I got the sauté pan and coated pan along with the sauce pot. And they all do what they promise - heats quickly with a even cook, easy to clean (they were fine after the dishwasher), and not extremely heavy. I'm still surprised by how quickly the coated pan fried tofu into golden crisps despite not patting all the water out.

This product is beautiful and shipped very fast! My issue is the magnet is a bit weak and my knives tend to slant rather than staying in the upright position.
