Just opened today so haven't used but we both like the weight and size of handles. We'll have to see over time if the knives stay sharpened. Seems like another good product.

I finally opened my Christmas gift, the coated pan. It's a beauty to behold. Today I made some omelet with it. It cooks very well. It heats up quickly and retains the heat well. I like the fact that it can go to the oven directly, though haven't tried yet. I only wish there was a bigger size of this pan. I can cook almost anything in it if it's bigger.
