Every year I agonize over gift selection for my husband. This year I am pleased to say, it was easy. My husband is a retired chef who is very concerned about his knives. We have limited space on our walls in the kitchen so when I saw the standing knife magnet I was thrilled. Thank you Material for making it easy for me! He Loves it!

Gave them to my wife for Christmas (her request after seeing something in the NYTimes). Originally I wasn't sure why she wanted another pair of scissors but after receiving them I know why. They look/feel/work great. You make a great and well designed product.

I found Material while searching for new knives, and found their amazing cutting boards, made of recycled materials and sugar cane. I wanted to purchase a 3 piece set but they were sold out at the time (as were the single cutting boards), so I noted the ones I wanted and left my email to be notified when they became available again. I assumed it would be well after the holidays (it was to be a gift), but surprisingly a few days later I was notified that it was available again, ordered it and hoped it would arrive close to Christmas, not really expecting it to though. I was thrilled and surprised to Find it at home well before the holiday! The cutting board was beautiful (the color on the website was pretty accurate, with the teal really bold/beautiful). As this was a gift for my sister I didn’t use the board myself but it was a great quality, sturdy and beautiful! Now that the holidays are over (and I won’t feel guilty buying things for myself when I should be buying gifts for others), I will be purchasing more of these cutting boards for myself (and for gifts for next year)!

I've used the knife sharpener for everything that needed to be sharpened. It's one of the best sharpeners on the market.

This is such a beautiful product with a clever design. The look and feel of it is a lot more expensive than what it is priced at. I really appreciate the magnetic detailing for knives, and I even stick my offset spatula that is too big for my utensils drawer on there. Can't say enough good things about it!

The item was delivered on time and exactly what I wanted. The packaging was very impressive. Most of the time when ordering online I find the items purchased are not the size nor quality that I want, happily not the case here.

I got the chef's knife for my husband's Christmas gift, and he loves it! It is gorgeous and matches the aesthetic of our kitchen perfectly. It is an amazing tool in the kitchen, and honestly eliminates the need for many other knives. We definitely plan on adding to our collection with the knife block and other knives. 10/10 recommend!

This is so cool! I first saw it in the December edition of Southern Living. They featured it as one of 75 of the coolest gifts for Christmas. I ordered the walnut stand and the black one. I prefer the walnut because it looks better in my kitchen. Also, I had already purchased new knives so I was inspired to show them off. This did the trick!

Very easy to order and I was kept up to date with the tracking! The shears arrived exactly when you said they would!

I purchased this to replace our Koosh block which was not holding our knives anymore. They were constantly falling out and driving me crazy. I am in LOVE with this knife block. It is sleek and stylish and my chef husband gave his stamp of approval!
