Love the deep color! It’s expensive and not what I usually splurge on, but I love that they’re recycled and the company donates to so many great causes. It adds a little sophistication to my kitchen.

The perfect size! The pink color, matched with the deep full-size, is a gorgeous little refresh for my kitchen. I go for the small size board more often. Very excited these are recycled plastic. Great customer service!

This knife is super sharp! I like the fact that there is a nice transition from blade to handle that helps to keep hands away from the sharp edge. Does an amazing job cutting through gristle when cutting meat for stir fry.

Well designed and SHARP! Easily handles soft tomatoes - better than my tomato knife. Cuts through hard blocks of older Parmesan cheese for my rotary grater almost if it was butter. Easy to handle and maneuver when coring apples and pears.

Excellent for slicing both soft bread hot out of the oven or after a day or two having "crusted over." Slices straight and true and doesn't drift as you slice. The length is "just right" - for loaves (I haven't tried it on a round yet).

A black stand on a black counter blends in well. It is exciting to have both sides available to store knives. Unlike a knife block, you don't have to worry about the size of the blade in a slot or dulling the edge of your knives putting them in and out.
