Designed with use and beauty at top of mind. Weighted for efficient and ease of motion, whether it is slicing, chopping or dicing.
I received this in less than a week, which includes shipping to Canada.......unbelievable.

This sharpener looks basic but all the expense was put into the sharpening surface. It seems well made and will last a long time. It does an excellent job of touching up the edges on both my Material knives and my lesser kitchen knives. I just run each knife through the sharpener 5-10 times and they are as good as or better than new!

This spatula feels nicely weighted, substantial and high quality. The handle length is good and blade size balances it nicely. I just wish the blade wasn't quite so flexible. It's so soft that sometimes hard to lift eggs, pancakes, etc from the pan if they stick at all.

We got this sharpener to go with the Trio of knives that are a part of our Iconics set, and I really don't think we could live without it! The design makes for simple & comfortable use, and it's perfectly angled for these perfect knives to keep the blades sharp enough to split a hair...seriously!!
