I've been wanting to replace my steak knives for a while; I was tired of tugging at the food with serrated edges that tear but do not cut. These knives slice nicely and are easy to grip, even with arthritis in my hands.

These knives are awesome and really all you need. Minimalistic and ergonomic, these knives are very sharp and haven’t dulled out on me so far. Be very careful I’ve already cut my fingers a few times.

This cutting board is exactly what I was looking for! The color was true to the image I saw on line, the size is perfect for my needs, and the hole makes it easy to hang up.

I use for carving so the juices fall into the crevices. I also put my thin cutting boards on top of it to stabilize them when I cut vegetables and chicken.
It’s important to maintain the board and use wood oil.
