We bought a few of these implements, but this one is by far the best. Very versatile, and the handle is short enough that I (F, smaller hands) am comfortable using it. The others (spoon and slotted spoon) are a bit longer in the handle and I feel a little awkward using them, but this one is just right.

There has been any food I have used this knife with that didn't cut easily and quickly. I have done onions,
pineapple, apples, tomatoes, jalapenos, and peppers so far.

I have found the Good Shears easy to use, I like the blue handles that are comfortable in my hand. The scissors are very sharp and have cut everything I have used them on well.
