This wood spoon is very cute, gorgeous wood with a nice little metal cap at the tip, so it's really classin' up my kitchen. I feel fancy owning this spoon. Only thing is, it's definitely flat on both sides—as pictured—so like...is it a spoon? It's definitely not not a spoon. But if I asked someone to grab me the wood spoon from the kitchen, I could imagine them saying, "I couldn't tell if this was a spoon or a spatula but I grabbed it for you."

I wasn't sure how good a whisk could get honestly but I am loving the air whisk! The handle is sturdy, really sleek looking, and the wires generate lots of movement and agitation with low effort. Our plain cute whisk started to come uncoiled and this is feels like a luxury upgrade. Makes me want to order more Material stuff for my kitchen!

I had been on the hunt for a good non-stick pan that was easy to care for and somewhat lightweight. I decided to give The Coated Pan in Dune, a go and am absolutely thrilled I did! Out of the box, after a wash I gave it a test drive and upon cleaning it I noticed some scratches/nicks that almost suggests that a box cutter or another metal object had been set on top of my pan prior to shipping. It came very nicely packaged, very secure, and had padding in the sensitive areas. (If you've ordered some of the newer non stick pans sometimes their packaging is lack luster and you end up with damaged pans before you've even used them.) I thought about knocking off 1 star for this, but the scratches haven't affected the cooking performance of the pan and I've already cooked in it so I didn't feel right returning or removing 1 star. If you're in the market for a lightweight, easy to manage/use, easy to clean, non-stick & slick, cook everything, everyday pan, then this is it. It was an amazing price point and compared to another Instagram popular brand pan that I have, this one takes the cake. I have no issues making over easy eggs, and everything just kind of glides so effortlessly across the surface. Have only been using it for about 2 weeks, but the quality suggests it's very durable so I'm excited to see how the nonstick keeps up with proper care over the years. Also stoked about the copper that helps to evenly heat the pan—it's already developed a lovely patina on the M logo on the bottom of the pan. It's just an overall upgrade, highly recommend—you can't beat the price! If I had another opportunity, I would buy a second one (hopefully without scratches/nicks) of the same size, or drop the cash if they make a larger 12"+ size. If you're on the fence, definitely get it!

I purchased The Coated Pan after being dissatisfied with one of the beloved Caraway cookware pans. I am a long-time fan of Material Kitchen and figured this would be a no brainer. A non-toxic non-stick pan that actually works?? Yes, please! This pan is truly non-stick, lightweight, and durable. The only thing that I could wish for is another one in a bigger size :)

I ordered these cutting boards as an upgrade to my existing cutting boards and I can't tell you how much they've changed the cooking game. They're a large enough size that you're not constantly having to move ingredients or cut uncomfortably, but still small enough not to be a pain to wash by hand. I like that you could throw them in the dishwasher, and the slight texture of the board hides any potential scratches from aggressive chopping. I'm a big fan!
