So far so good! These are razor sharp and nicely ergonomic. I hung mine on a hook in the kitchen because they're beautiful. My husband does most of the veggie prep and he likes them very much. If I had my design preference, they would have a cross-member or finger-rests on the outside for those really tough peels like squash where you have to exert a lot of force.

The Good Shears are great, very sharp, and have a nice action. They pull apart easily for cleaning. The finger loops are lined with moulded silicone 'gaskets' to protect your hands, which also come out for cleaning. My biggest critique is that those gaskets come out very easily, and don't provide terribly substantial protection from the metal edges. If there's ever a 2.0 version of these, I'd like to see these be thicker and a little harder to remove, for comfort and durability.

I love cooking with these things. They grasp any type of food. The have a scoop also to help pick up items. Close and stay closed when you store them.

The size of this cutting board is perfect for every day use and is so lightweight. Love the circle cutout to easily move around. My only complaint is that these do slide as there is no backing to keep it from slipping so you need to be careful when chopping that it doesn't move out from under you.
