I bought this because I had no decent paring knives, just grocery store ones which even when new were awful. I have been doing a lot more cooking (and paring) and so I got this to work with and I love it. It slices really ripe tomatoes perfectly, and although a little bigger/longer than I expected, it is easy to hold in one hand. I'm more used to the "bird's beak" style paring knife, and I may get one of those as well, but not giving this one up.

I like the reBoard as it held up to the knife blade versus inferior cutting boards that leave cut marks that get stained and don't look sanitary or attractive. There are also attractive colors to select from. I have since ordered several more reBoards for my cottage.

This is the perfect mixing/prepping/marinating/anything bowl. I shamelessly bought all 3 and I'm so glad I did - it's so nice to have a lightweight, dishwasher safe bowl that can be used for meal prep, transporting dishes, or even serving at your table. The colors look so great, they remind me of the vintage tupperware my parents used to have in the 80s. I can't wait to see what other colors come out in the future.
