I love them. Very high quality. The color (chive) is beautiful. The butcher block they come in is also a nice touch.

Needing new "sharp knives" for our table setting, we tried a set of "The Table Knives" after reading a couple reviews. First, the utility: They arrived VERY sharp and slid easily through a perfect steak, another that was tough, lamb chops, pork and chicken. The feel is great, too: The knife is very well balanced in the hand and easy to use for both me (large male hands accustomed to manual labor) and my wife (distinctly smaller hands.) Their quality and finish seem great -- everything is well-finished with no protruding or rough edges. We got the mixed color set; the handle colors are nicely balanced -- colorful without being too bright or bold -- and the simple style nice and clean to make an attractive match for our existing flatware. I normally don't machine wash knives I want to keep an edge, but had to try it after the reviews: After a few machine washes, the knives are still sharp and I see no rust or marring. Overall, these are pretty close to perfect for our table; we're ordering more!
