I love this to keep my knives handy. I left off one star because it did not look like natural wood in picture. It looks more like it is painted white wash.

We have a ton of knives in our kitchen drawer with no compartment of their own. I've been contemplating which knife holder to get, but I don't like the conventional ones where it has a slit for the knife. I knew I wanted my knives out and open, like a metal bar, but we live in an apartment and I didn't want to deal with wall mounts.
Enter this beautiful stand. It's modern, sleek, and beautiful on our kitchen counter. Love it!
