Verified reviewThis company does amazing with customer service and delivery. The only reason I feel they aren't five star is Everytime I get a dozen from them. I get 1-2 balls that crack after one hole. I totally understand they are used balls. Just feel like they don't last.

Verified reviewI only order Z Star balls made by Srixon. I always order 48 balls at a time. Out of my 3 times ordering I always receive 6 to 7 balls that are Q Star which is a lower tiered ball. It would be nice to either have a dozen Z Star balls replaced to me or recalculate a difference of a refund. Other than this issue Lost Golf Balls company is a terrific organization.
