Verified reviewI have ordered from LGB many times in the past few years with good experiences, however, this past one was not good. I ordered three dozen 5A golf balls, 2 of one brand, one of another. The shipment arrived quickly but all three dozen were of the same brand. The quality is usually excellent but these balls primarily did not meet the 5A criteria. I contacted customer service and the lady was very defensive and sent me the grading standards, which I am very familiar with. I asked if I could return them for credit and immediately ordered different balls. She only wanted to know the number of bad balls and did not address the fact they also sent me a dozen of the wrong balls. So, I found that call useless. A better customer service experience could have gone a long way and not left a bad taste for this past order.

Verified reviewThey goofed up my order (shorted me 9 balls) - and while the fixed it relatively quickly - they missed a chance to make me a loyal customer for life. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no "we'll kick in a few free balls for your trouble" type reaction that would have made me loyal to them. They matter-of-factly replied and fulfilled their obligation per my original order. Did they NEED to include a few balls as an apology? No, definitely not. Would this review be VERY different if they did - absolutely. If they did make a small gesture like that, would my thinking next time I need balls be "Lost Golf Balls.com is MY go-to golf ball resource," 100% for sure. Now - I think they'll certainly meet the minimum expectations necessary to be in business. So will their competitors... so it's all about price moving forward, not loyalty. Unfortunately for them.
