  I ordered 2 dozen TP5xfor what I thought was a great deal. I have had my order for less than 2 weeks. 6 balls have peeled and 5 have literally split in half. This is from normal use and playing either 9 or 18 hole courses. I was given a partial refund and their customer service was quick. I don't plan on being a repeat customer after this experience.

  Heard about Lost golf balls from a friend of mine and glad he gave me the information. Order process is easy, delivered quickly and balls are in really good shape, almost like new. They frequently have sales so wait to make sure you are getting the best deal. I had one small issue on last order, ordered 2 dz prestine and 2 dz mint Pro V1 balls, all came in same box and I could not tell the difference between Prestine and Mint.

  I ordered a bucket of balls in "near mint" condition. When it was received via Fed Ex, the plastic bucket inside the cardboard box was totally smashed, and the balls themselves were nowhere "near mint". Most were lop-sided, dinged up, did not roll straight on a flat surface, and obviously yellowed and old. I returned my order via fed ex using a prepaid shipping label emailed to me by lost golfballs.com. I have not yet received my refund of $120.90.

  Lostgolfballs offers good value for a fair price. When something is wrong, their customer service department is willing to work with customers for a fair settlement. They could improve their rating by remembering Hawaii is part of the United States, and Hawaii does not deserve to be mistreated where shipping is concerned. Priority rates are the same to Hawaii as it does to NY or CA.

  This is my 4th or 5th order from Lost. All orders have been impressive. There have been a few balls that are a little more scuffed but that is fine I use those as pratice balls. I have done test against PRO v1 Against balls out of the box on the course an my small launch monitor an find no loss of distance or spin. I will continue to buy from Lost.   Bought for my son, case came cracked in half big time and balls were everywhere. Bought again for my wife and case was also split in half and some of the balls weren’t even the same ones I ordered. 10 of them had to be tossed due to cracks and fractures. Definitely not the condition I paid a premium for. Most were alright and delivery was swift, so throwing the box around would make sense. A comfortable 2 stars is class for what I received.   These balls are in great condition! I ordered 48 Callaway Super Soft balls. The ordering was simple, price was fabulous! Out of 48 balls there 2 that I would not use because they had a company logo on them and visually I don't like that. Overall this was a great experience and I will purchase more in the future.
