  Overall experience from shopping to checkout was good. Shipping was no issue an items arrived on time. I did have a defective ball out of 12 that had a large chip/chunk taken out of its cover. The rest were right on the mark meeting their description of quality.

  I bought 4 dozen Mint ProV-1 balls and only half were Mint condition. The other half is going in my daughter’s bag, where she’ll probably hit them in the water. Need to check the balls better or don’t grade them as mint.

  I love the concept of the business. I'm only giving 3 stars because of one thing. The shipping cost makes it almost nonsensical to use. If I don't spend $100+ dollars, I'll paying double retail for a used product. Otherwise, great business and customer service.

  Website navigation and ordering was great. Product received was not what i ordered and was at least one level below. Customer service had me return balls and gave me a new set of balls. Of which balls some are still not of the right level of product. I unfortunately didn’t want to spend my time again asking for a return.

  Good selection and pretty easy to buy. I feel the filtering is a bit clunky, often returns results that I didn't ask for, and is very space inefficient, so requires a lot of scrolling up and down to compare the results. I'd like to see an option for a search results table that simply has a row per product and can be quickly filtered for what the customer is interested in - just like a spreadsheet table.

  I have purchased from LGB many times in the past. Usually buying 96 balls of a given brand so I can use one brand as to avoid mixing up my ball with others. Typically buying anything but Titleist because everyone and their brother uses Titleist. This year I bought Titleist mint rated. Everyone of them has either a logo or dots or lines. Hardly what I would consider mint. I'm quite disappointed. If they were not rated mint, I would have been fine with it. Needless, to say, I would be unlikely to buy a "mint" rated ball again. Sorry. That's just the honest truth

  I have ordered balls before from Lost and if I felt some of the balls I received were not up to quality I ordered they always made it good by sending replacements. Their customer service has always been easy to access and fair. I really like the pristine quality as they are as close to new as possible. My last order came with no issues. I will use them again.
