  I have been a loyal customer for years and have always enjoyed great service and more than satisfactory results from Lost Golf Balls....until my last order. I normally order mint Titleist Velocity balls which are great balls. This time I decided to order ProV's and received a box of nine dozen loose balls 60% of which were logo balls and many were slightly scuffed. I'm used to receiving a bucket containing sets of one dozen balls in convenient net bags....very disappointing and unacceptable. I will be looking at different used ball retailers for my next order

  It's very difficult to purchase new balls from a retailer after consistently receiving darn near new balls from Lostballs.com. The quality of the balls purchased, so far, is hard to beat. And, the price is impossible to compete with. Lostballs.com is an excellent source.

  The balls were all there but the bucket was completely demolished from the bottom. Luckily I had the old bucket to store them in. No idea if this is a company issue or a shipping issue. Box wasn't damaged.

  Both of the buckets were completely smashed to pieces and someone tried to tape them up. The outside box was fine so it had to of happened prior to shipping. The balls inside were balls banged around and not as advertised. this is the complete opposite of the last order I placed

  I have used lostgolfballs.com for many years and only had one issue and it was corrected immediately. The balls I received over the years were as advertised or rated.   The delivery was quick. It was a gift for my son but considering the extreme weather, he's been unable to golf! I'm sure the balls that were ordered will be fine, I chose a variety to allow for a chance to try them out for comparison. I will most likely order again or he will.

  I order two dozen "refurbished Titleist balls" I was sent two doz balls most of which were in fair to good condition most with logos. Didn't look like they even read the order when packed. I called cust service and they sent me 1 dozen replacement balls with a lot of apologies. Once received they were fine. I can't help but think this is SOP (standard operating procedure). Not good,

  Great customer service. First time purchaser, 4 dozen 5A 2021 prov1x. 1 ball was a prov1, another a 2019 prov1x and 8 more with the slightest wear mark. I reached out to customer service and sent the pics and told customer service the 8 balls with wear marks may easily be considered 5A. No questions asked the refunded me for those balls. Great CS! Great purchase and sense of security with my purchase. Will use them exclusively going forward.

  I purchased some golf balls from this company. When I received them they weren't anywhere near the quality what I thought they would be. Some balls were so badly stained you could barely make out the markings. I message them to address my concern and all I got as a response was this review page to fill out. No compensation what so ever. Not impressed

  For a mint order I would have thought they would be in a little better condition. 2 or 3 balls look like they were used to practice putt in a parking lot and 1 ball wasn’t even the right type. Was a Srixon but not a Q Tour like the rest
