  Quality of balls were good. Shipping was super fast! Rated 4 stars because I ordered 12 triple track balls...and only 8-9 of them were actually triple track. Other 3-4 were just standard callaways.

  My last order was partially incorrect. I ordered VG3 balls yellow and was sent mint green. Thanks to Ben Intathong my shipment was corrected by getting the yellow balls shipped to me. Only problem now is having to ship the green balls back at my shipping cost when this was not my mistake.

  Called to tell me they were out of the golf balls I ordered after I ordered them. I called the number back the next day and got no one. Left a voicemail with my name and number and got no response. A week later they just canceled my order and refunded me. Would’ve liked any communication past the initial call, but at least they gave me a refund!

  Some of the balls are as good as new. Some have marks and logos but no imperfections which affect the loft or carry of the ball. By and large it is like buying the balls from the manufacturer brand new. Great value.

  I ordered 3 dozen mint condition Titleist NXT golf balls. The delivery was prompt. Upon inspection, about 20% of the balls were less than mint, with scuffs and faded lettering. I brought this to the attention of lostgolfballs.com and received an apology and an offer to send another dozen balls to make for my concerns. I accepted their offer and am awaiting the delivery of the dozen golf balls.
