  Most of the balls have stains on them. I not sure how setting in water affects performance. Don’t really care for how it looks though. I guess I’ll just roll my ball when the dirty side I’d up. Lol

  I paid for Titleist Pro V1's in mint condition. They were not mint. In fact, nearly 1/3 of the balls were faded in color, many of these had blemishes, and there were players markings on many of the balls as well. I'd expect this from balls rated as "good condition" Sent multiple emails to the customer service department, with pictures. 2 different reps asked me what was wrong, I sent pictures with descriptions of my concerns. They said they wanted to make it right. When they asked the quantities of questionable balls, they both disappeared, no response. I gave them ample time to return my repeated requests, with the warning I would not be leaving a favorable review. It has been about 2 months with nothing. So, this is my honest review of lostgolfballs.com

  At first I was a bit disappointed at the condition of some of the golf balls I received! I ordered a dozen each of prov1, tp5, and chrome soft triple trac in the Mint 5A condition. 5 total balls cane that were well below the mint standard. I contacted the company and the refunded me the cost of 5 of the most expensive balsa I bought. That was a fair offer and the service was wicked fast. I’m getting ready to order again! Very pleased with this company!

  I ordered over $100 in golf balls and paid $10 for expedited shipping, but because Lost Golf Balls printed a super faded label the package was delayed. I confirmed this with the courier because they had to reprint the label to complete the delivery. I had a golf trip planned and this arrived after I left which should not have been the case since I paid for expedited shipping. I also received 2 balls from a mint 4a class that were chipped.

  I've had two outstanding experiences with lostgolfballs.com. The first was with a fantastic batch of 5A Mint Taylormade Project a's and the second was with an order of 5A Mint Taylormade TP5s that were less than satisfactory but Ben and team made it right.   True: if I were still using taylor made project a ,I woud be at golf ball nut. Mint 17.99 -shipping 6.95 Lost ball mint 23.99 - shipping 9.95 But you do have the Vice prosoft balls I am currently using- shipping 9.95 when golf ballnut has the pro soft (very rarelly) shipping $ 3.00 less I am happy that you usually have the mint pro soft But I feel he 9.95 is a bite for us who buy balls at a dozen or two at a time. Other than that I have been happy with the quality and the service.

  They shipped only half my order! Had to call and ask why and got no intelligent answer. Finally got the rest of the order but with nothing for the lost time and screw up. If you mess up you should do something to show customer appreciation so would come back and order but nope! Just fill the screwed up order and move on...not good customer relations or service!!

  It will be the last time i purchase from lost balls. I bought 5a titleist avx and they are not what i expected. Some yellowing on some of the balls, a few balls weren’t even Titleist avx’s. Many of the balls had scuffs that would not qualify them as 5a balls.
