  Received order in the timeframe specified. No cuts or nicks on any of the balls. Some of them were slightly discolored with an orangish color on part of the ball. They seem to play well!

  The balls were great but the bucket they sent me had a bottom that was halfway ripped off so when I opened it up half the balls fell onto my living room floor. I emailed just to give them a heads up and never got a response. I don't really care about the bucket but nobody responded to a legitimate complaint about their container.

  I've used Lost Golfballs many times and never haD A PROBLEM BUT THEY MESSED UP MY LAST ORDER - SENT THE WRONG BRAND OF BALLS and did not include the dozen chrome balls. When I called customer service they promised to send the chrome balls right away but its been 2 weeks and no chromes.

  Well I do think I received some decent golf balls (ProV1’s), but I would say that the description of “mint” is fairly misleading. Of my dozen there are more than a few that are definitely not mint (by the description that this company gave). I anticipated some markings but some of these balls have palpable scuffs which is definitely not “mint.” I will probably just buy new golf balls next time for the extra money. If you like playing a better golf ball but lose many, this might be the ball purchasing route to go…

  This is a tale of two different golf ball orders. The Callaway Chrome Soft Yellow Truvis “Mint” were in pretty marginal shape. Many had scuffs a few scars and many were faded and paint worn. The Titleist Pro V1 balls were pristine and just as you would expect a “mint” ball to be. I did notify Lost Golf Balls about my concerns and they did ask specifics about the Callaway balls. I made the decision not to send the balls back as they were playable. Lost Golf Balls has a good reputation and I am attributing this as a “one off”. I did recommend they tighten their quality control to insure they keep their reputation in tact.

  I had a problem with the poor condition of 1/2 of my order. I called LGB and explained the problem. They offered a solution and shipped the replacement balls the same day. I received the replacement order in two days. I have been using LGB for several years and will continue using them. I have shared my experience with many of my golf friends and I highly recommend LGB to all.

  Out of 96 balls ordered 10 of them were in bad shape, however Ben in customer service did a great job getting me the replacement balls out quickly. Most balls I get from LGB are in great playing shape. Cannot complain!
