  I bought two 48 count buckets. The buckets were shipped in a box with no packing material around them, so they were loosely bouncing around during shipping. This caused one of the buckets to crack and break, with golf balls falling out in the box. Overall, happy with the product, but shipping could be improved.

  I've ordered from Lost Golf Balls many times in the past. I've always received the products I've ordered in a timely manner, within the time frame provided, and received product in the quality condition specified. This order was a bit different because a few of the balls I received were not the quality or specification that I'd ordered. As such I reached out to Lost Golf Balls, and was contacted quite promptly with a resolution. This exceeded my expectations.

  I received lower quality balls (~6 of them) when I purchased 5A quality. When I reached out to customer service, I was not helped and told “I have to request a refund through PayPal”. I’ve purchased multiple orders from LGB before and used PayPal for checkout and have never had to go through this process. Granted the customer service was much better during those transactions as I also ran into quality issues but they either issued me a credit or sent me replacement balls. I will not buy from LGB anymore due to the lack of quality for the tier I purchased as well as the poor customer service. Also, I asked for support on how to get the process started for a return, and they still haven’t gotten back to me 3 days and counting. The site says to reach out to customer service for help on return, but I got no help at all. Terrible.

  My first order was perfect , on time and great balls My last order was on time also but I ordered srixon soft feel balls and so far I’ve found several Q stars mixed in with the soft feel balls. I think lost golf balls is a great deal but if I’m getting balls that I don’t use it kind of ruins the deal. I’ll still order again and hope this is a one time mistake.   I haven’t received my order yet and it’s been well over two weeks. Learned 3 days after purchasing that they only ship to Canada once a week. My package arrived at their warehouse in Ontario and Customer Service said my order was set to ship today. I wrote this 11pm and can confirm, my package did not ship today. I have no idea and don’t know when I’ll receive what I purchased but one thing I do know is that I likely won’t purchase from this site again.

  I've ordered from Lost golf balls many times and not had a problem in the past. With this order, 4 of my 5 star like new balls had large scuff marks like they'd hit a cart path. When I complained, they said they'd refunded me for the 4 balls. Then they emailed later that they couldn't do anything because I paid with PayPal.

  4 stars because out of the many balls I’ve bought from LGB these were by far in the best shape. Would really need to study the balls to find any flaws/blemishes. Not five stars because: I feel like there should be a loyalty/rewards program. Especially given that it’s hard to get free shipping, even a little bit would help. For example, something like “buy 3 dozen over any number of purchases and receive a 5 dollar coupon.” Or 4 dozen and get 15% off, you get the gist. Would love that. Although I have a LGB account, I’m not sure what purpose it serves given there are no member/loyalty rewards/benefits.
