I am happy to revise my review and talk about some good orders if you are willing to replace some of the tiitelist trusoft which are not in great condition. Perhaps send me 4 dozen of the 8 dozen I bought as a good faith customer service gesture ?

A little disappointed with this order, I have ordered these several times and usually it is a 50/50 or better ratio of pro plus and pro balls to tour and drive balls. This time around I received more than 50% of the balls that were tour and drive. Still not terrible for the price but likely wont risk it again if there will be so many 2 piece balls.

Purchased the 4a balls and was pretty underwhelmed by a number of balls I received. A few with decent size cuts or scuff that were deeper than the cover. 1 was even a practice ball lol. Company was good about replacing those with some new ones but a number of the replacements were still pretty beat up. I suppose I could go through the return process again but seems like a haste at this point. I guess you get what you get with used balls and maybe my hopes were higher than reality. If that’s the case I think the company could do a better job with the quality tier descriptions on the website. If not, then this is a QA gap.

I have made several purchase from this site but this last one will be my last. One third of my order of $90 was incorrect. When I contacted customer service the said they would send a shipping label so I could be inconvenienced with having to take the package to the post office or UPS. Site was good and easy to navigate and purchase. However, the balls were substandard. When they were reconditioned the covers seem to have been compromised or damaged. I ordered 96 Calloway ERCs and there is a film that is pealing off and when you hit them they get worse. Not sure if they used a chemical to treat them or if the spray a film to make them bright. Pretty much throwing them in the trash.

I’m not solely blaming lostgolfballs.com, but I used the filter to purchase a bucket of 48 prov1’s. When I selected prov1’s, a bucket of 48 prov1x’s showed up after the filters were added so I ordered the wrong ones. I didn’t see the “x” because I thought the filter would eliminate them. I have to pay more attention on my end of the filters aren’t going to separate the brands a little better. I will still use the site, but please correct that. Thank you
