  I ordered something and they said the didn’t have so then they sent me a downgraded product, and when I asked for a discount the only response back I received was to return the product. So I over paid for a down graded replacement and didn’t receive a discount or any kind of solution other than send the product back!!

  I've purchased used balls before Aunt. I hit the ball hard and they scuffed up very easily. These balls actually hold up very well. I can get a couple rounds of golf out of a single ball. I'd recommend Lost balls

  After weeks of evaluating many golf balls to improve my driving distance, We settled on callaway chrome tour x. I did this after three sessions with an instructor.   I generally only buy balls listed as mint or pristine and find the ratio between unused and slightly used balls to be good but not great. Also the number of balls with logos is a bit high.

  I got 12 balls But one of them was BAD scuff mark and it was NOT the ball that I order. And this was the first time ordering from LOSTGOLFBALLS it may be my last. I don't like feeling I have been cheated.

  I have been a customer for the past 5 or 6 years and have been very happy and recommended the company to my firends, even bought them a dozen or two to let them see the quality. This past month I ordered 5 doven (grade 5A) and was a bit disappointed with the quality of about a dozen balls feeling like they were not a 5a grade. I play about 100 rounds a year and do not look for balls long so a lower priced quality ball is what I am looking for but the 12 balls that were not of high quality I put right i my shag bag or hit into the woods in my back yard. Hope to have better luck next time. To the companies credit they said I could return the balls but did not want to go throught the hassel of returning them.

  These are probably the worst condition golf balks that I have bought. I’m not sure happen the paint of the ball was faded. I thought I bought the better quality . I have been a customer for a long time. The balls that I received weren’t the same balls that were pictured on the web site.

  It’s easy to find the exact golf ball that you need at LostGolf Balls. The shipping was quick with a variety of cost choices. The balls were fine. 3 of the mint golf balls had markings on them from previous play. I always assumed that “mint” meant no scratches and no markings. Apparently, I’m wrong.
