Unsatisfied longtime, loyal customer disappointed — will be taking business elsewhere due to quality issues I’ve been a loyal LGB customer for over 10 years, but the recent decline in product quality has been extremely disappointing. My last several orders of Mint 5A or Pristine grade golf balls have been anything but — the condition was closer to 3A or worse for the majority of the delivery which included large, nonsensical logo'd balls (markings/sayings), scratches & severe scuffs, discoloration, etc. I sent LGB.com several images from both Taylormade and Titleist buckets. The vast majority of the balls sent I would not play (approx 65%). I’ve reached out to LGB reps multiple times to raise these concerns, but received no meaningful response. While they did provide a return label for a refund, I still had to go through the hassle of packaging the items, dropping them off at FedEx, and wasting time dealing with a problem that shouldn't have occurred in the first place. Sadly, the consistency and service I once trusted are no longer there. I’ll be looking to other providers moving forward and would advise fellow golfers to be cautious as well.

My initial order of 5 dozen Tour Soft arrived as 5 dozen Velocity (to a neighbor, typical FedEx in this area). Tina C. was very helpful in resolving the error, and I received the correct order within a week of returning the bad order. Unfortunately 3 Velocity's managed to sneak into the order. Not a terribly big deal, but still . . .

I have been using this service for 10 years and have turned many friends onto it. We’re big fans of lost golf balls! Near mint 96 buckets is my favorite tier. I only choose 4 stars instead of 5 because my recent near mint 48 bucket had two balls that were unplayable. Massive dings protruding from the cover that would seriously affect spin, putting and playability. I would not consider these balls near mint but something lower. Other than that keep up the great work!

Many of the balls I received seemed very cheap and the top cover would rip after only a couple shots. Top cover on those balls seemed very thin and not durable. I understand these are used balls, but I figured they would last longer than a couple shots. Wedges would leave large gashes in the cover.

Typically, I'm happy with product. This particular time, I was not. I received 5 - 6 very scuffed up balls. They were rated Mint Level 5, but definitely not comparable to others that I've received over the years at that level and price point. Perhaps it was the type of ball. Not sure. It doesn't deter me from using Lost Golf Balls again, but I'll be a bit more open to returning if they don't meet expectations.

This is my 7th order from LGB. They do a good job communicating the status & cleaning the balls. I only order prestine g or 5 star rating. When I’ve ordered Titleist Feel or True Soft they seemed brand new & packaged by the dozen. This order I tried Callaway ERC & they were packaged in a large plastic bag & most appeared brand new with a 1/2 dozen seemed used. All in all good company.

I don't buy golf balls anywhere else! I've only been playing for two years and have a 20 handicap so I may make it two or three rounds without loosing a ball, but I could loose two balls when I blowup a hole. Spending $30-$40 on a dozen balls doesn't make sense when I can buy 48 near mint balls for $80. The service and selection are top notch, keep up the good work.
