The balls i bought were re finished. I didnt know what this meant until I bought them but stay away from them. This sight has great 4A balls I'd reccomend. Refinished only get 2 to 3 holes until they get scuffed or damaged.

Good price, fast shipping. Balls are good quality. One bag only contained 11 balls, not a dozen, so one short out of order of four dozen. Balls started coming out of one bag when I opened the box, so I assume one fell out of that bag when the order was being filled or shipped.

I ordered 96 prov1 mint A golf balls. A large number of them had irregular dimples that I couldn’t use because they wouldn’t roll straight. There were balls with slashes. The balls showed significant wear with large scuffs or the finishing was dull on some of them. Very few met the description on their website for 5A mint. The container they came in was also shattered. You could tell that they spent no time inspecting the golf balls they shipped. When I reached out to them about the problem they just told me I would need to ship back the balls that were bad to consider a refund. It’s lots of work on my end because they didn’t put in the work on their end. Very frustrating experience. Be careful.

The Jury is still out, goofballs are at the post office and i haven’t gotten them. It took over a week just to get them to the post office and why fedex didn’t bring to my house when come there all the time is beyond me. FedEx’s tracking leaves a lot to be desired also. I order 4 dozen and this inquiry says 1 dozen, I hope when I get to the PO there are 4 dozen balls there.

Balls were in a little worse shape than I was expecting especially when it’s supposed to be in mint condition. More than a handful of balls at first glance had visible issues like gouges or scuffs affecting the overall structure and performance of the ball. Almost all had some significant signs of discoloration which is no big deal but again I was expecting a little better for “mint condition.” And maybe that’s my fault.

When ordering from LostGolfBalls, their website will only allow you to order what they have in stock. So I ordered 4 dozen Callaway Supersoft Splatter 360 Blue. Unfortunately, they shipped the product in red. I have been going back and forth with Customer Service about executing an exchange for the proper color. This, so far, hasn’t generated any confirmation of whether they have the correct product in stock, nor a pre-paid shipping label. Frankly, I have given up and will simply use the product that they mis-shipped. The product itself is great quality, but if something goes wrong…brace yourself for a LONG journey to get it corrected.

I was dissapointed with the long delivery time, almost 9 days to receive my order. I ordered two dozen Titleist AVX Pristine golf balls and received one dozen Pristine and one dozen Very Good condition. The Very Good had Sharpie marks all over and scuff marks as well. I ordered and payed for two dozen, I should have gotten two dozen Pristine. I'm not sure if I will order from them again.
