  I order a bucket of 96 mint balls. Not their fault because I'm sure thousands of balls go through the factory but some were not in mint condition. I notified customer service who expeditiously resolved my issue. I appreciate their service and commitment to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the purchased product.   When you advertise 24 GREEN golf balls, DON’T send 3 GREEN golf balls and 11 YELLOW golf balls. I wanted green for the fall leaves. NOT worth hassle to send back. My fault for trying used golf balls again. Here’s an idea: when you advertise 24 GREEN golf balls on AMAZON, you better deliver 24 GREEN golf balls. A similar negative review is on Amazon, under the 24 GREEN e12 golf balls Buyer beware!

  For the price you charge for “Mint 5a” balls there shouldn’t be any defects on them. I received two dozen Callaway triple stripe chromesoft balls, and six of them had marker all over them, there were scuff marks, the texture felt different for every ball, and two of the balls had black and green stripes not red and blue? That’s not what I ordered. So basically out of two dozen balls, only about 14 are balls I will load in my bag.

  48 Titleist Pro V1X , 47 are pristine, 3 #4’s, 1 #3, 44 #2’s. I’m 79 and can still shoot my age. I never have a backup ball with the same number as the primary ball. Yes, I can mark them differently, which I have to, but really, a bucket of #2’s?!
