  I’ve ordered balls 3 different times and have been very pleased with my purchase. The balls were nice and clean with only a few having logos which is totally fine. I did try a different online place and half my golf balls were still dirty! That ticked me off and now I’m loyal to Lost Golf Balls!

  It’s been over three weeks a still have not received my order. There is no customer service. Try to call a number of times with no response. Have gone back a fourth many times with e mail with no results. When they finally found my order they told me my order was going to deliver the next day at 9PM. That was Almost three week ago.original order was sept. 17th. Worst customer service I ever seen.why would I order from you guys again.

  To start, lostgolfballs is great on price. Shipping was prompt and easy. They deliver, for the most part, what is purchased. I expected 5A mint golf balls. What i purchased. But after going through all 96 balls, I noticed that the clear-coat on some balls was peeling off and some balls had more damage than I expected. That being said. All balls performed as they should. The main take away is that lostgolfballs is exactly what is advertised and is a good way to save money on midrange to premium golf balls. I will be using them for the foreseeable future.

  The price was very reasonable, but on my recent orders the ball quality was inconsistent. I would estimate 10-15% had some kind of abrasion, scratch or cut that I would not have expected (or seen on previous orders) for the quality rating I purchased.

  Prices are good if you pick the right time to buy. Keep an eye on what you want as prices will go up and down. Delivery is extremely fast and I never have an issue with my orders. The balls are pretty much as described. I usually buy the near-mint (4A) versions and the balls are usually in great shape. Why pay extra for a mint ball that you're going to lose in a few holes anyway.

  I got the balls in a timely manner. I had ordered 2 dozen mint Calloway’s and 10 of the 24 were in terrible condition. Three of the balls were but up like they had bounced off of a cart path. I called and was taken care of very good. I appreciate your service, just not the condition of balls that were supposed to be mint.

  I guess they’re getting lazy. I ordered mint and got what i assume is 4a. All of the balls were damaged. This is the 5th time i have received crappy product. Wont be using them again. Customer service is good though.
