  Over the years I have purchased twenty or so dozen golf balls from lostgolfballs.com. I have always been happy with the ease of ordering on their website, the price, the efficiency of the delivery and the quality of the balls. Now if they could tell me how to avoid losing them.

  I had some minor issues with the golf balls I ordered they were five a mint and I had a half a dozen that were scuffed pretty good I also sent pictures and had some balls with a lot of black writing on them all the way around the ball and some that had logos I wasn't expecting that with five a mint condition balls but does customer service gentleman said he could only replace the six that were scuffed up not the ones that had writing on them and stamped logos I was a little disappointed but all in all the balls were good I have purchased things from you guys before with the utmost confidence in the balls were excellent this is the first time I had an issue I guess I should read the ratings a Little Closer

  Ordering is seamless and you receive your balls in a timely manner. I have been a customer for 3 years now and the quality of the balls that I have ordered has been poor lately. Near mint balls are acceptable with logos and light blemishes. In my last 2 orders I have received numerous balls that have been re-serviced or with deep blemishes. I’m beginning to question if I should order again. However I should say this is my first review and have never reached out to the company.

  Love the product and love the price. The balls are in great shape. Regardless of the grade you buy, it's just as advertised. The selection is broad enough where you can play a variety of balls to determine what's best for you. Even when you determine that, buy these.

  I typically buy "pristine" golf balls, and a number of them have small blemishes that make areas of the ball slightly rough. The blemishes are small parts of the cover that stick up very slightly...enough to give a less than smooth feeling. I'm quite sure that it's a result of your ball cleaning machinery as the blemishes are similar on different makes of balls. I don't expect anything in return for my comments, but did want you to take a look at the cleaning or polishing process.

  Within days of my order, I received notification that the Titlest Tour Soft were not in stock. I was offered alternatives or a refund of my money. I opted to change the order for a ball that was less expensive. That order was filled, the balls were delivered and a refund for the difference was posted all with in a week of the change order. The category I ordered was ‘pristine’ I can’t tell that they ar3 not brand new. Great service.

  I purchased some pristine Titleist AVX. Balls arrived exactly as described and have hit and behaved just like new. Really great value!! The site is easy to navigate and I appreciated the clear and concise descriptions of golf ball condition ratings that were easy to find! Much easier to find and more clear and honest than the other used golf ball sites! And shipping was really quick!

  Played this morning, took a pocket full of my new (slightly used) Kirkland yellows. Hit my driver awesome and the Kirkland's flew just like Pro V1's. Didn't lose a ball today, so I only got to use one new ball, but ... that in itself is a great day for me!!! Love 'em!!! .
