  After arguing with myself forever, I decided to go ahead and try lostgolfballs. I ordered 6 dozen Titelest True Feel, 2 each of each color. These were rated above mint and I must admit that I can find no flaws. These balls are as new. Played one round and too early to tell how they fit me but had a good day. All in all a very good deal and I know I can play the same ball for a while.

  When I've ordered that grade of golf ball from other sites the balls looked like they were brand new (no logos, no personalized ink marks). Not so with this order. Also, other sites allowed me to personalize my golf balls, you don't appear to offer that same level of service.

  great to do business with these guys. I've ordered several times. Maybe overall there could be 1-3% of the balls that aren't up to the grade, and they are always quick to remedy it. That gives me the faith to keep buying from them. Great to stock up for winter golf

  The last time I ordered 6 dozen “mint” balls and they were not your best quality. I now understand you changed your rating scale and now added “pristine” as the highest quality rating. I thought I was getting the top quality ball until they arrived and I was disappointed with their quality. Not sure I will be placing future orders when I am in need af balls this fall.

  Use you guys for all my ball purchases, I bought a 96 bucket of mixed Bridgestone yellow! Only complaint was there were about 3 dozen that were lady’s balls, no biggie but I may not order mixed again

  They ran out of the ball I ordered (Tour Soft yellow) and reached out and substituted a different ball which was fine, but instead of sending Pro Vi yellow balls as discussed, I got 4 dozens white balls! I hate playing white balls!

  I purchased 48 "mint" Pro V1 golf balls and 2 of the balls were received damaged. While this would normally result in a negative review, the customer service team quickly responded to my complaint and issued a credit for the damaged items.
