  I was not happy with the customer service at all. The order never came. FedEx said that they lost the package but Lacoste said they are not responsible. Lacoste did not help me with the lost package at all. Very unprofessional

  I’d love to see the brand return to classic footwear styles, since there are already too many sneakers on the market. I’d love to see elegant shoes and boots made of genuine leather. Please don’t use synthetic materials. Bring back classic, minimalist shoes made with high-quality materials. Also, keep producing tracksuits, as well as outfits made of twill and wool, in dark colors but with fresh new shades.
