  The package never reaches me. It costs me a lot of time trying to communicate with the customer service and the shipping company. Neither took responsibility for this incident. I ended up losing money on this. I am disappointed with Lacoste's lack of accountability and poor customer service. I used to love this brand, but I will never shop from here again.
